Router Channel Translation
When setting up a customer's router Wi-Fi channel, you need to avoid interference with their SM frequency.
Rules:
- If SM is 2.4GHz → the 2.4GHz router channel is critical (5GHz band doesn't matter as much)
- If SM is 5GHz → the 5GHz router channel is critical (2.4GHz band doesn't matter as much)
- Set the router channel as far from the SM frequency as possible
Direct the customer to their router login page. Have them find Wi-Fi settings and change the channel.
