Scheduling Rules

Confirming appointments: If a customer calls to confirm, give them a 3-hour window and edit the job notes: "Conf [initials] [date]" — e.g., "Conf ES 11/16"

Tech territories (Wisconsin):

Green zone (Alex, Billy): Do not travel above Brown, Kewaunee, and Outagamie counties. End their days closer to Random Lake.
Orange/Yellow zone (Mike): Responsible for all counties above and including Outagamie, Brown, and Kewaunee. End his day closer to Lakewood, WI.

Route optimization: Always schedule jobs from farthest to closest to the technician's home location.

Standby jobs: Sometimes jobs get lost in standby. Click the STAND BY button in the bottom right corner of the Live View to recover them.
