• Door County Broadband (DCB) — Door & Kewaunee Counties, WI
• XL Broadband — Indiana & Illinois
• Optic Loop — Wireless + fiber, Ogden/Utah area

Support Hours

• Sales & Customer Support: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 11:45 AM and 12:15 PM – 5:00 PM
• Tier 2 Technical Support: Mon–Fri until 7:00 PM | Sat 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tier 1 Support & Bill Pay: Available 24/7

Tier 1 cannot assist with billing inquiries or scheduling — only bill pay and basic troubleshooting.

• Powercode — Customer accounts, billing, service plans, equipment management, job scheduling
• Slack — Internal communication. Outage notifications go to relevant channels. Cancellations go to #cancellations
